Estimated delivery time is displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the vendor, product type, and delivery location.
Grocery & Food items: Usually same-day or within a few hours.
Other Products: 7 business days.
Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, vendor stock, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown before checkout.
Free delivery may be available on selected products, vendors, or when the order value meets a minimum amount.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive tracking details .
Live tracking may be provided for grocery/food orders via the App.
Each vendor is responsible for packaging and dispatching their products on time.

Delivery may fail due to:

Customer unavailability.
Refusal to accept the order.
In such cases:
The delivery partner may attempt re-delivery.
Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
Orders may be canceled if delivery is not possible.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery through the App or Customer Support.
