At eBhoral, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and safe delivery of all products ordered through our platform. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how deliveries are managed by our vendors and delivery partners.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • eBhoral currently delivers to India.

  • Delivery availability depends on the vendor and your location.

  • Some areas may not be serviceable; users will be notified at checkout.


2. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the vendor, product type, and delivery location.

  • Grocery & Food items: Usually same-day or within a few hours.

  • Other Products: 7 business days.

  • Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, vendor stock, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown before checkout.

  • Free delivery may be available on selected products, vendors, or when the order value meets a minimum amount.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive tracking details .

  • Live tracking may be provided for grocery/food orders via the App.


5. Vendor Responsibility

  • Each vendor is responsible for packaging and dispatching their products on time.

  • eBhoral facilitates delivery through its own or third-party delivery partners.


6. Failed Deliveries

Delivery may fail due to:

  • Incorrect address or contact details.

  • Customer unavailability.

  • Refusal to accept the order.

In such cases:

  • The delivery partner may attempt re-delivery.

  • Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

  • Orders may be canceled if delivery is not possible.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery through the App or Customer Support.

  • Resolution will be provided in coordination with the vendor.
